2. Purpose and acceptance
KumoYami Demo is a service to browse, download and, where available, share or send files kept in the storage the owner connects to the website. Using the website means accepting this legal notice, the privacy policy and the cookie policy in force at any time.
3. Terms of use
Users agree to use the website lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this notice. In particular, it is not allowed to:
- Upload, send or spread unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of others, or viruses and other harmful code.
- Try to access protected folders or areas without permission, or share personal passwords or access with others.
- Overload the service, automate mass downloads or interfere with its operation.
The owner may restrict or withdraw access from anyone who breaks these terms.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The design, the owner's own texts, the logos and the software of the website belong to the owner or its licensors. The website runs on KumoYami, software by Hostarys, used under license. The licenses of the third-party components it includes are listed at /third-party-licenses.txt.
The files available belong to their respective authors or rights holders. Unless stated otherwise, they are offered for personal and private use only; they may not be reproduced, distributed or made public without the permission of their rights holders.
5. Reporting unlawful content
If you believe any content on the website is unlawful or infringes your rights, write to legal@example.com with your contact details, the content concerned (with its address on the website), the reason and, if you act on behalf of someone else, your authority to do so. The owner will review the report and promptly remove or block the content where appropriate.
